Experiences & Recipes

This section will be used to share not only my experiences with you, but I will also use it to post your experiences (with your permission of course). I am hoping that together we can be a sounding board for helping others be more healthy and simply “feel better” as a whole. I know that there is not one solution that is a cure all and that sometimes just getting even a little better provides relief and improves your overall lifestyle. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be flavorless. Food can be considered something to enjoy vs. just “fuel for the body”. Exercise can be more than just a necessity. I hope to post many many experiences and recipes I have used along the way, whether it be essential oil recipes, clean eating recipes etc. No matter the post, let’s find a positive outcome for the experience and keep the focus on the good, great, and awesome things in our lives.
